 Appraiser's WookBench looks for the following fields in your MLS output ("report" or "download") in this order:
Status; Street Number; Street Name; List Date; List Price; Status Date; Sold Price; Market Time; Short Sale/Foreclosed/Court Approval; Seller Concessions Amount; Special Compensation Info; and Approx.Year Built.

You can add additional fields after these if you choose, but these are the minimum required for the program to provide you with everything we've shown you.

If you are in a different region, just send us what your MLS provider calls each of the above fields, and we'll tailor a version to meet your needs. One thing to note is that different MLS systems may also have longer or shorter names for the various status descriptions (ie: Active = "ACTV" or "A"). Let us know about these descripters and we'll account for them in your version of Appraiser's WorkBench.    (Use the Comments space above.)
